Palm fruit oil? Healthy?
I saw a nut butter made with palm fruit oil, which it effectively described as healthy, unlike the product that is usually referred to as “palm oil.” What’s the difference, and is it really healthful?
This oil is healthy. Unlike the other oils, they build up in your body and stay in there forever. Palm fruit oil goes straight through your system so it won’t build up.
